Welcome back to another tail update, its been a crazy rainy past week, currently the trails are ride-able and the dirt is not too bad. Unfortunately there are some trees down from my little bit of scouting I did today, more details on those below.
Today is the last day to purchase your trail jersey, some of the proceeds from the sales go back into the tails so if you’re looking for an excuse to buy one there you go!
The next scheduled trail work day is July 13th, head over to the calendar page for the latest events.
This will be a very important week for any weekday warriors that can help with some volunteer work, with the 4th of July coming up, take a look at the priorities below and if you can tackle these great!
• Scout all trails and report down trees!
• Remove storm debris from all trails as you ride.
• Remove downed trees, so far we have 2 scouted, one at the exit of In Through The Out Door (pictured above) and there is one on the double track heading to the golf course.
• Weed whip 2112 and Lay Down Sally, these are very overgrown and my ankles are getting whiplash.
